At Bribeautyland, each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive luxury-quality hair that meets our standards.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Orders are not processed the same day
  • During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.


PREORDERS

Some items may be labeled as Preorder.

  • Preorder items may take 7–12+ business days for processing before shipping
  • If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are ready


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Bribeautyland is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package has been shipped, Bribeautyland is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues caused by the shipping provider

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
