What is Ready to Ship (RTS) ?

Ready to Ship (RTS) means your hair is already in stock and prepared, so it does not require full processing time.

RTS orders are shipped out faster because the hair is already on hand, it just needs final quality checks and packaging before being sent to you.

RTS Processing Time:

3–5 business days

Even though RTS orders are quicker, each bundle is still carefully inspected to ensure you receive the quality Bribeautyland is known for.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipment. Processing time allows us to prepare, inspect, and package your order to ensure the highest quality.

Business days do not include weekends & holidays*

Please advise that you may not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. Your tracking information will then be automatically sent via email after your order has been processed

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

What is the total delivery time?

Please allow approximately 7–13 business days from the date your order is placed to final delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $300. We also occasionally run limited free shipping promotions during special launches and events.

How do preorders work?

Preorder items require additional processing time before shipment. Please allow 10–14 business days for preorder items to be prepared and shipped.

Shipping time begins after preorder processing is complete.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping

Shipping is available to most countries, and the cost + delivery time will automatically show at checkout once you enter your address.

If you don’t see your country available at checkout, let me know and I can check it for you or help you get it added.

At BriBeautyLand, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair purchases.

Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
